If you are experiencing problems with your BionTech BTM-200N, please refer to the troubleshooting guide in your operators manual, or reference the guide here on this web page. If the guide does not resolve your problem, contact Health Pro Distribution for help.
Lamp does not lightActions to Take: Make sure there is sufficient water flow. The flow needs to be at least 1 litre per minute. Make sure machine is plugged in. Check the fuse.
Actions to Take: Overuse protection cuicuit will shut machine down if it begins to overheat. Close value and wait for machine to cool.
Actions to Take: Er1 - Low voltage, Er2 - High voltage, Er3 - Electrolysis chamber overheated, Er7 - Cleaning function failure, Er OF - Water overflow
Actions to Take: Ensure that filter reset button was presssed.
Actions to Take: Check water flow to the machine

Actions to Take: Water filter life has expired, make sure water pressure is not too high or too low.
Actions to Take: Check water filter and make sure that water supply is correctly connected to machine
Actions to Take: After the filter is replaced, pH values will not match comparision chart for the initial usage period. This is because the new filter is alkaline.
Actions to Take: Check acidic water hose making sure it is not cracked or bent.
Actions to Take: This can occur in areas where the water has lots of carbon such as underground wells.
